Where information is collected for age verification, we will not retain it longer than necessary for that purpose and will delete it promptly thereafter, consistent with FTC guidance.

Jammin’ Studio is based in the United States, and personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Jammin’ Studio, its affiliates, or its service providers operate.

The original Privacy Policy text referring to transfers to Portugal is no longer consistent with the updated company structure and should be revised to reflect US-based operations.
